So, the other day I took a very minor spill on my bike and found that my Icon Super Duty pants took the hit very well. Their outer layer broke, but the inner armour stayed in one piece and I escaped with only minimal road rash, thankfully.

Now that I have to replace the pants I was thinking about the virtues of leather, and wondered what you guys thought about the subject, what your favorite pants were and whether or not you had any pictures or reviews.

Thanks in advance!

I have a pair of the Shift Havoc pants and really like them. They keep me warm when it's cold, and I don't get too hot when it's hot.

Textile and leather in the abrasion points.

I haven't tested their crashworthiness yet (touch wood!) but for comfort and style I really like 'em.
